1. Services Description

Strainfrelbow provides digital personalized meal planning services, including customized menus, grocery lists, prep schedules, and optional add-ons such as grocery delivery sync and batch cook intensives. We do not sell physical meals or groceries. Plans are informational and educational in nature.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen years old and capable of entering a binding contract. By purchasing on behalf of a household, you confirm you have authority to share member preferences and dietary information.

3. Account and Intake

Accurate intake data is essential for safe and relevant meal suggestions. You agree to update allergies, restrictions, and portion needs promptly. We may suspend delivery if information is incomplete or contradictory until clarified.

4. Orders and Billing

Prices for Weekly Essentials, Monthly Balance, and Family Harmony plans are displayed in US dollars on fuel-catalog.html. Taxes may apply based on Florida and other state rules. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date shown in your confirmation email. One-time weekly purchases do not auto-renew unless you opt in.

5. Revisions and Delivery

Draft plans are delivered electronically within stated timelines. Included revision rounds depend on your tier. Additional revisions may incur fees published when you purchase or confirm your order. Delivery is deemed complete when files are available in your dashboard or sent to your registered email.

6. Intellectual Property

All recipes, layouts, branding, and site content are owned by Strainfrelbow or licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use delivered plans for household meal preparation. Redistribution, resale, or public posting of plan PDFs is prohibited without written consent.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content, interfere with servers, or use plans for commercial kitchen operations without an enterprise agreement. Harassment of staff via any channel is grounds for termination.

8. Disclaimer

Meal plans are general nutrition guidance, not clinical advice. Individual needs vary. Consult a qualified professional for specific health conditions. Strainfrelbow does not guarantee particular fitness, weight, or health outcomes. You are responsible for safe food handling and cooking temperatures.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strainfrelbow and its officers, employees, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of plans or the website. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a subscription shall not exceed the amount you paid for that subscription period.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Strainfrelbow against claims arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights through content you submit.

11. Termination

You may cancel future renewals through pulse-contact.html or account settings when available. We may terminate access for breach, fraud, or non-payment. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be brought in state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, unless applicable consumer law grants you a non-waivable right to bring claims elsewhere.
