This Return Policy applies to personalized meal plan products sold by Strainfrelbow through strainfrelbow.ddd. Because our offerings are custom digital nutrition services rather than physical goods, returns are handled differently from retail food sales.

1. Digital Product Nature

Weekly Essentials, Monthly Balance, Family Harmony plans, and add-ons such as Grocery Delivery Sync, Batch Cook Intensive, and Breakfast Boost are delivered electronically. Once a customized plan or shopping list has been delivered to your dashboard or email, the intellectual work has been performed and cannot be returned in physical form.

2. Plan Revision Commitment

If your first draft plan does not reflect the preferences submitted in your intake, contact us within seven days of delivery. We will provide up to two complimentary revision cycles included in your tier. If we fail to deliver a plan aligned with documented allergies or restrictions you provided, you may request a partial credit toward a future week. This commitment applies to plan quality and revisions only, not health or fitness outcomes.

3. Weekly Essentials Refunds

For the one-time Weekly Essentials purchase at $89, full refunds are available if no draft plan has been released. After draft delivery, refunds are limited to fifty percent if you cancel before using revision rounds. No refund is issued after final plan approval and grocery list export.

4. Monthly Subscription Refunds

Monthly Balance ($299 per month) and Family Harmony ($449 per month) subscriptions may be cancelled before the next billing date. Refunds for the current period are considered when:

Pro-rated refunds for partial months are granted at our discretion when service interruption exceeds seventy-two consecutive hours.

5. Add-On Modules

Add-ons billed per week or session are non-refundable once the related list or prep map is generated. Unused add-ons purchased in advance may be credited if requested before generation.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact Strainfrelbow before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve issues promptly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery of chargeback fees where permitted by law.

7. How to Request a Refund

Submit your order number, purchase date, and reason through pulse-contact.html. We respond within five business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within ten business days depending on your bank.

8. Non-Refundable Items

Consultation time already rendered, exported PDF bundles marked final, promotional discounted tiers marked non-refundable at the time of purchase, and third-party delivery fees are not refundable through Strainfrelbow.

9. Florida Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under Florida consumer protection statutes or other applicable US federal and state laws that cannot be waived by contract.
